Our Vision
Being physiotherapists, we are always aim for excellent services in our professions. With 15 years of experience, we believe that health can be maintained and enhanced through 3 main areas.
1. Prevention is better than cure. Even high technology is developing, peoples still suffer from different kind of work related problems. As an ergonomist and physiotherapist, I start to focus on how the environment and the nature of the human body interact. I believe that apart from focusing on our work, we do need to work ergonomically as to maintain our health.
2. Needless to say, with injury, rehabilitation is important. An effective and efficient rehabilitaion program which tailor to the problems will speed up the recovery and reduce the chance of developing chronic problems.
3. More importantly, daily exercise with correct concepts and techniques can improve our health and delay any age related degenerations.

理念及目標
不知不覺在物理治療這個專業中已十多年,令我明白預防、治療和保健對人的健康有着重要的影响!
受傷了,適切和有效的復康治療固然重要,但若然能預防和避免意外或勞損的發生,就能減輕受傷及勞損的機會了。更甚者,擁有強健的身體對預防受傷及復康亦有着重要的關係。這三點是有緊密關係的。
在澳洲的工作和生活體驗中,令我們有機會加深這三方面的知識。澳洲人十分享受做運動,每人每日的茶餘飯後亦離不開運動,傍晚或老或幼拖狗步行者亦比比皆是。在我們接觸的病人中,他們亦十分關心作什麼運動可加速復原。一般的公司亦十分注重員工的職業安全,盡量減低員工因工受傷的機會。
